Twin Falls, McCall, Meridian and Boise Represent!

Locus Wines has been distributing in our winemaker Rich Burton’s home state of Idaho (What’s up, Jerome?) for a few years now but we wanted to refresh your memory on who carries the wines more recently. We got Twin Falls, McCall, Boise, Meridian and Coeur d’Alene, of course. Specifically, you can find Locus Wines at the following locations (based on fresh/recent orders):

2 Sisters Country Store McCall
Bardenay – Cda & Boise Coeur d’Alene
Bistro 45 McCall
Boise Co-op Wine Shop Boise
Divine Wine – Meridian Meridian
Rudy’s “A Cooks Paradise” Twin Falls
Rupert’s Restaurant McCall
Vine Wine Shop Boise

The picture above was taken near beautiful Stanley in Southeastern Idaho over the July 4th weekend a few years ago. Not photoshopped, we swear.

Ruth’s Chris, Bardenay, Rupert’s and Boise Co-op Get Locus

PhototasticCollage-2016-06-25-08-41-18‘Gorgeous blueberry, black tea and a hint of nutmeg’ is how Bardenay in Boise describes the 2014 Locus Modo Red, available on their wine list as a featured item these days. How can we disagree?

Also in Boise: The 2014 Locus Sémillon from Dineen Vineyards at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse as well as the 2014 Locus Modo Red at the Boise Co-op.

Outside Boise? No worries. In the beautiful lakeside town of McCall also offers Locus Wines at Rupert’s, arguably the best hotel and best restaurant in town. (If you have never been to McCall, you are missing out. It is beyond beautiful)

Our winemaker Rich Burton, and Idaho son himself, is currently in Idaho doing tastings. Catch him in McCall on Sunday, June 26th at Jug Mountain Ranch Golf Club, pouring the 2015 Locus Rosé with several Washington greats like the Dunham Cellars and Balboa, from 2-5PM.

Locus Wines Now Available in Idaho (FREE DELIVERY FOR THANKSGIVING)

Our plan for world domination got a little more real recently as we joined forces with the Tastevin family (a prominent and well-respected distributor) to spread the Locus news in new frontiers, starting with Idaho.

Tastevin will get the Locus word out to restaurants and other foodservice operations, while we here at Locus Wines headquarters in Seattle will ship the wines directly to consumers, thanks to our brand new Idaho direct shipper license.

To celebrate, we are offering a free delivery to Nampa, Meridian, Boise, Mountain Home, Sun Valley, Twin Falls and Jerome counties. All orders completed by Saturday, November  21st will be delivered to your door for free, just in time for Thanksgiving.

To order the wines for free delivery in Idaho, navigate to the BUY tab and then fill out your shopping cart. At checkout, your zip code entry will zero out shipping charges, showing a “Thanksgiving 2015 Special” shipping rate of zero dollars. It is that simple.

All orders must be completed by Saturday, November 21st to qualify for free delivery.
